We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and execution-driven skilled to join our Jaipur team as a Program Implementation Executive. Role Overview

The selected candidate will be based at our Jaipur office and will undergo structured online training on the organization's digital platform, operational workflows, and project implementation processes. Upon successful completion of the training, the candidate will primarily work from the office while undertaking field visits across Jaipur and nearby areas as and when required. The role involves supporting Special Educators (SEs), coordinating field activities, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring the timely and effective implementation of project initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits across Jaipur and nearby districts to monitor and support project implementation.
- Learn and effectively utilize the organization's digital platform and operational tools.
- Train and guide Special Educators (SEs) on platform usage, workflows, and reporting processes.
- Maintain regular communication with SEs and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues through timely follow-ups and practical problem-solving.
- Ensure project milestones and field activities are completed within established timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation, activity records, and progress reports.




- Coordinate closely with internal teams to facilitate seamless implementation and reporting.
- Represent the organization professionally during meetings, field visits, and stakeholder interactions.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in field coordination, operations, project implementation, or stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates restarting their careers are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable with extensive travel across Jaipur and surrounding areas.
- Strong willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and project processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential.
- Proficient in operating a laptop and comfortable using basic digital tools, applications, and technology to ensure efficient day-to-day workflow.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler for local travel.
- Must own a laptop and smartphone with a reliable internet connection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹24,500.00 per month
