We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated German Language Trainer to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective German language training, developing and refining curriculum, conducting assessments, and providing personalized feedback to learners. A passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating a positive and impactful learning environment are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver high-quality, interactive German language training sessions.
- Develop and continuously update a comprehensive German language curriculum.
- Design and conduct mock tests to evaluate learners’ proficiency levels.
- Provide detailed and constructive feedback to improve learner performance.
- Offer personalized guidance and support to address individual learning needs.
- Implement effective systems to monitor, track, and report learner progress.
- Foster an engaging, inclusive, and motivating learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align training with broader goals.
- Manage training schedules to ensure consistent learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

- CELTA certification or equivalent in language education.




- Max Müller C1-level certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a German Trainer or in a similar instructional role.
- Excellent command of both German and English, written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and levels.
- Passion for education and commitment to continuous professional growth.
