Full Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and people-friendly Marketing Executive (Fresher) to drive onboarding of corporate clients and their members onto our software applications and digital platforms. In this role, you will connect with clients remotely — through calls, WhatsApp, and virtual demonstrations — ensuring that users are successfully registered and actively using our apps. This is an office-based role that combines client communication, app onboarding support, and user engagement.

Responsibilities

- Reach out to corporate clients and their members via phone, WhatsApp, and email to initiate the onboarding process
- Conduct virtual demonstrations of the app to end users and client POCs
- Guide users step-by-step through downloading, registering, and setting up their profiles on the app
- Address queries and concerns from users during and after the onboarding process
- Coordinate with the internal technical and support team to resolve onboarding issues promptly
- Maintain daily reports on onboarding status, pending registrations, and user feedback
- Follow up with clients to ensure maximum user adoption and activation




- Identify and report common drop-off points or user difficulties in the onboarding journey
- Build strong relationships with client POCs to ensure smooth and timely onboarding
- Support the marketing team with collateral, communication, and onboarding campaigns

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline — freshers are welcome
- Comfortable using smartphones, apps, WhatsApp, and basic software tools
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confident and patient with a user-friendly approach to client handling
- Ability to explain technology in simple, easy-to-understand language
- Organised and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel for maintaining trackers and daily reports
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented workplace

Preferred Qualifications

- Basic understanding of mobile applications and software platforms
