Showroom Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our electric two-wheeler showroom. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to guide customers through the complete sales process.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain the features, specifications, and perks of electric two-wheelers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test ride coordination.
- Convert showroom inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with potential customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Prepare quotations and assist with vehicle booking and documentation.
- Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for customer requirements.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM or sales register.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and vehicles are displayed properly.




- Achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

- Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or Graduate.
- 1–2 years of experience in automobile or retail sales is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
