Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Civil Engineer to join our real estate development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and infrastructure projects related to residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This role requires a deep understanding of land development, site planning, and regulatory compliance to support the successful execution of real estate projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and land assessments for potential development projects.
- Design and oversee infrastructure elements including roads, drainage systems, water supply, sewage, and grading.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, environmental consultants, and contractors to integrate civil engineering solutions into real estate developments.
- Ensure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations, zoning laws, and permitting processes.
- Prepare engineering reports, cost estimates, site layouts, and construction documentation.
- Manage the bidding process and assist in selecting contractors and subcontractors.




- Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to approved plans, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Address and resolve engineering-related issues during development or construction.
- Liaise with government agencies and utility companies to secure permits and approvals.
- Use CAD and civil engineering software to prepare detailed design plans and simulations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
- 12-18 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in real estate or land development.
- Robust knowledge of site development, infrastructure planning, and construction processes.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and other design software.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations, land use planning, and permitting procedures.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with residential subdivisions, commercial site plans, or mixed-use developments.
- Robust analytical and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
