Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our brand’s growth. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing requisites, content coordination, and basic design tasks.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Delivery - Act as the bridge between internal teams (designers/editors) to ensure timely delivery of assets. - Assist & Ensure creation of high-quality videos, statics & copy aligned with the campaign objectives & brand
2. Events & Webinar Support - Assist in the backend coordination of live workshops, webinars, and training sessions - Coordinate execution of pre-event & post-event communication materials. [Banners, Standees, Workbooks, BTS, Snippets, Feedbacks etc]
3. Social Media Engagement - Monitor comments, messages, and stories to drive active audience engagement. - Update bios, links, and highlights to ensure a consistent and professional brand image.
- Assist in posting across Facebook, Instagram & WhatsApp
4. Data & Campaign Management - Maintain updated marketing trackers & project status reports. - Conduct trend research to provide fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions.
5. Project Support & Production - Provide on-ground support during studio shoots and ad production. - Organize project folders and streamline team feedback to ensure no deadline is missed. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
Communications, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in a digital marketing role. - Proficient in Canva Basic, MS Excel and Meta Business Suite. -
Solid command of English - A "get-it-done" attitude with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
