Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice, chat, and email channels.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with orders, payments, deliveries, returns, and refunds.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.

Who Can Apply?

- Graduates: Freshers are eligible.
- Undergraduates:



Eligible if you have at least 6 months of work experience.
- Skills: Excellent English speaking skills and a typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy.

Selection Process

Candidates need to transparent the following rounds :

- HR Screening (Communication check)
- Svar Test (Score required: 55 or above)
- Typing Test (25 WPM, 90% accuracy)
- Operations Round (Final manager interview)

Salary Packages

- Freshers: ₹24,000 CTC per month
- Experienced: ₹28,000 CTC per month (Minimum 6 months experience)

Shift & Working Days

- Shifts: 24/7 Rotational shifts
- Working Days: 5 days working
- Week Offs: 2 Rotational offs
