Tillid Motors is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Assistant for Compliance & Operations to support our daily business activities. This role involves handling compliance-related tasks, coordinating with teams, and ensuring smooth operational tracking of vehicle records.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing compliance processes and documentation
Coordinate and support the transfer of compliance-related activities
Handle and guide team members for operational tasks
Maintain and track all vehicle details purchased by the company
Verify vehicle documents and manage case-related records
Ensure proper documentation and data accuracy
Work closely with internal teams for smooth execution
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of RTO procedures and vehicle documentation
Understanding of vehicle-related cases and document verification
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Positive communication and team handling abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Language Requirements:
Mandatory: Hindi, English, Kannada
Optional: Tamil
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in operations, compliance, or automotive domain is a plus
Familiarity with local RTO processes in Bangalore
