Cortex is hiring a Digital Marketing Strategist who can lead end-to-end digital strategy for clients — from planning to execution to performance. This is not just an ads role — we’re looking for someone who can think, present, and scale brands digitally.

What You’ll Do

- Own complete digital marketing strategy for multiple client accounts
- Plan & execute across Social Media, Paid Ads, Content & Email Marketing
- Understand client goals and translate them into growth-focused digital roadmaps
- Drive brand visibility, lead generation & conversion performance
- Monitor, analyze & optimize campaigns using data, insights & A/B testing
- Lead client communication, strategy discussions & performance reviews
- Collaborate with content, design & performance teams for execution

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years in Digital Marketing / Strategy role (Agency experience preferred)
- Proven experience in handling client accounts & digital strategy planning
- Solid understanding of Paid Media, Social Media & Content Marketing
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics
- Ability to connect strategy with execution & results (ROI/ROAS mindset)
- Strong communication & presentation skills

Pay: ₹10,061.28 - ₹40,000.00 per month
