We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our automobile dealership. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend walk-in and online customer enquiries
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Explain product features, specifications, and pricing
- Arrange and conduct test drives
- Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales
- Handle complete sales process from enquiry to vehicle delivery
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and accessories teams
- Maintain customer database and sales records
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred)
- 1–3 years of sales experience (automobile industry preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive negotiation and convincing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM/Excel)
- Valid driving license
