India IPO is a fast-growing IPO education and capital markets platform dedicated to helping businesses and investors understand the journey from education to execution. We create engaging content across YouTube, social media, our magazine, and digital platforms.

We're looking for a creative AI Video Editor who can leverage the latest AI tools to produce high-quality, engaging videos efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

- Edit YouTube videos, reels, shorts, and social media content.
- Use AI-powered editing tools to improve speed and quality.
- Create motion graphics, transitions, captions, and animations.
- Generate AI voiceovers, subtitles, B-roll, and visual enhancements.
- Convert long-form content into multiple short-form videos.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging visual storytelling.
- Maintain consistent branding across all video content.
- Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.

Required Skills

- Strong experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience using AI tools such as:
- Runway
- Kling AI
- Veo
- Pika
- ElevenLabs
- CapCut AI
- Descript
- Opus Clip
- Canva AI
- ChatGPT or similar AI assistants
- Valuable understanding of pacing,



storytelling, sound design, and color correction.
- Ability to create viral short-form content.
- Knowledge of YouTube optimization is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- 1–3+ years of video editing experience.
- Portfolio showcasing long-form and short-form content.
- Experience creating finance, business, educational, or startup-related videos is preferred.
- Passion for AI tools and continuous learning.
