- Lead a team of technical resources

- Interacting with clients, gathering requirements (Analysis, Design, Code/Develop, testing) and managing documentation process

- Create, review and maintain technical design documents

- Estimate Efforts, plan deliverables, allocate tasks to team members and track the project status

- Providing creative solutions to project level technical issues

- Translates software requirements into concise and robust programming code

- Adhering to processes and procedures to ensure projects are delivered on time while meeting
quality specifications

- Owns the development lifecycle and is responsible for managing technical risks throughout the
project

- Mentor team members by providing expertise in functional / technical specifications

- Maintains documentation according to content and timing standards

- Develops software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying
systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the
software development

- Ability to work on their own and as part of the team

Essentials Education Qualification

– B.E/B.Tech, M.Tech/MCA preferred
– At least 2 years of team handling experience




– Minimum 2 Years of development experience with MVC Framework (version 4.0 or above)
– JQuery (Advanced level of experience to work with MVC like perform complex Ajax operations with controllers)
– Proficient in C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET and JavaScript technologies
– Hands on experience in web services, Design Patterns, XML, HTML, JQuery, MS SQL Server, UML and Object Oriented Designing are required
– Exposure to Requirement Analysis, Technical Architecture, High Level Design and Low Level Design Documents
– Familiarity with OOPS, virtual method, abstract method and inherited method
– Must have good knowledge of writing stored procedures, Functions, Triggers, Optimized queries with SQL Server
– Good Knowledge of Unit Testing using MS Test or NUNIT tools
– Good experience with building class libraries and console applications
– Source control and build management with Team Foundation Server or Subversion
– Recent experience in deploying hosted applications in multi-instance with experience in hosting on virtual environments such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS are desirable
– Complete understanding of project management and software development Life cycle
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Good analytical and problem solving skills

Certification: Any Microsoft Certification( Preferred )
