Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS / Reporting Executive with hands-on experience in Veradigm software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating, analyzing, and maintaining operational and performance reports, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Veradigm software.
- Prepare operational, productivity, financial, and performance reports for management.
- Extract, validate, and analyze data from Veradigm and other internal systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and reporting templates.
- Coordinate with operations, billing, coding, AR, and management teams to gather reporting requirements.
- Perform ad hoc reporting and data analysis as requested by stakeholders.
- Maintain report documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and work with technical teams to resolve data discrepancies.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS reporting,



preferably in the healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry.
- Hands-on experience using Veradigm software for reporting and data extraction.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, advanced formulas).
- Experience with SQL and database queries is preferred.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines with high accuracy.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of healthcare workflows and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Knowledge of healthcare reporting metrics, productivity tracking, and operational dashboards.
- Excellent attention to detail and data validation skills.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and convert them into meaningful reports.
- Robust organizational and time management skills.

Compensation

Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.
