Digital Marketing Intern

Job Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across assigned channels, including social media, content marketing, email/WhatsApp marketing, and performance marketing, under the guidance of the Marketing Team Lead.
- Create, schedule, publish, and monitor digital content in accordance with the company's brand guidelines and approved content calendar.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to support campaign planning and improve marketing strategies.
- Track campaign performance using relevant analytics tools and submit weekly performance reports with actionable insights to the Marketing Team Lead.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Content, Sales, and Product, to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing initiatives.
- Assist in lead generation, audience engagement, and campaign optimization to improve overall marketing performance.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings, weekly team reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and monthly organizational review meetings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaign activities, marketing assets, and project updates.





Preferred Skills

- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, or similar marketing tools is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute in a fast-paced startup environment.

Eligibility

- Final-year students or recent graduates from any discipline.
- Passion for Digital Marketing and Content Creation.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, or Performance Marketing is preferred.
- Own laptop and stable internet connection required.
