Job Description
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with business owners, introduce our services, generate qualified leads, and schedule meetings with interested clients.
You will not be selling any physical products. Your role is to make outbound calls, explain our services, build interest, and convince potential clients to schedule a meeting with our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to business and potential clients.
- Introduce and explain our digital services.
- Understand client requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Convince interested clients to schedule a meeting.
- Follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in speaking English/Hindi .
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Previous experience in telesales or customer calling is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary
₹8,000–₹10,000 per month / Commission based
