Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager / Project Engineer to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within the approved budget.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Ensure all construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering and site-related issues efficiently.
- Monitor material usage, manpower, and equipment to maximize productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections and implement quality control measures.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly,



and monthly progress reports, site records, and project documentation.
- Review contractor work, verify bills, and monitor project costs.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–20 years of relevant experience, preferably in high-rise residential or commercial building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, structural works, and finishing activities.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Positive knowledge of project planning and execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software such as MS Project or Primavera is an added advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
