We are looking for an HR Payroll Statutory Compliance Executive or Senior Executive with 2 to 5+ years of experience to join our team at our Corporate Office in Lingarajapuram, Bengaluru. This role will focus on statutory operations in South India.

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and the Full & Final Settlement processes for employees across our South India operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete PF & ESIC compliance activities
- Coordinate with consultants and government departments for statutory matters
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and monthly compliance
- Manage Labour Law compliance and employee-related statutory documentation
- Oversee employee Full & Final Settlement (F&F;) process
- Manage employee exits, gratuity, bonus, and leave settlement processes
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and audit documents
- Coordinate inspections and resolve compliance-related queries




- Support payroll compliance activities and statutory reconciliations
- Ensure adherence to all applicable labour laws and company policies

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge in PF, ESIC, Labour Laws, and Shops & Establishment compliance
- Experience in handling employee separation and F&F; settlements
- Good understanding of statutory audits and documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS systems
- Positive communication and coordination skills

Qualification:
- Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred
- Relevant experience in HR Statutory Compliance is mandatory

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Candidates with corporate HR compliance experience preferred
- Experience in handling South India statutory operations will be an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Regional south state language is mandatory.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
