- Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for in-process and final inspection of machined components

Technical Skills:

- Strong drawing reading (GD&T;) capability
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.)
- Experience in laser calibration of machine axes
- Knowledge of machine alignment verification

Quality & Compliance:

- Handling of Non-Conformities (NC) and implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards
- Familiar with 7 QC Tools for problem-solving
- Understanding of NABL requirements and calibration procedures
- Control of measuring instruments including calibration planning, record maintenance, and outsourced calibration coordination
- Knowledge of API Standards, including:
- API 5L / API 5CT – Line pipes & casing/tubing standards
- API 6A – Wellhead and Christmas tree equipment
- API 7-1 – Rotary drill stem elements
- API Q1 – Quality management system for manufacturing organizations
- API Q2 – Quality management for service supply organizations
- Awareness of inspection, testing, traceability, and documentation requirements as per API
- Awareness of OSHA safety requirements and compliance practices




- Knowledge of PSD (Process Safety Documentation / Process Safety Discipline) and maintaining safety-related records and procedures

Customer & Documentation:

- Handling customer inspections and audits
- Preparation and maintenance of inspection reports and quality documents
- Ensuring proper API & PSD documentation compliance
- Coordination with customers for quality-related queries and approvals

Other Requirements:

- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and ensure quality compliance
- Experience in handling precision and large machined components preferred
- Perform final inspection and testing of Automat, CNC Turning, and Grinding machines
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
