Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Automation QA Lead to lead our Quality Assurance team and drive automation initiatives across Web, API, and Mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks, hands-on experience with up-to-date automation tools, and proven leadership skills to mentor QA engineers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the QA Automation team and drive end-to-end quality assurance activities.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for Web, API, and Mobile applications.
- Define automation strategy, testing standards, and best practices across projects.
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Perform API automation testing and validate RESTful services.
- Implement and maintain Mobile Automation for Android and iOS applications.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing.
- Review automation code, test cases, and execution reports to ensure quality standards.
- Mentor QA engineers, conduct technical reviews, and promote automation best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Track defects, analyze root causes, and work closely with development teams for timely resolution.
- Provide regular QA metrics, risk assessments, and project status updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 6–10 years of experience in Software Testing with a solid focus on Test Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience in Web Automation Testing.
- Hands-on experience in API Automation Testing.
- Experience in Mobile Automation Testing.
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks, test architecture, and automation strategy.
- Experience leading QA teams and mentoring team members.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
