Qualification: MBA/ BBA, M.Com/ B.Com, BA (English).

Experience: 0 – 2 Years.

Skills required: Telemarketing, Telesales, Technical Support, Back Office Support.

Location: Siliguri, West Bengal, India.

Key Requirements:

Generating lead from Cold Calling.

Collecting reference from enquiries.

Play the role of assistant to managers of different departments and complete assigned tasks.

Communicate with clients, candidates and vendors closing deals.

Bid on marketing projects and try bringing projects.

Act as a helping hand to administrative tasks like maintaining files and documents.

Skills and Abilities:

Candidates should have good communication in English.

Should have interest in taking responsibilities in various organizational aspects.

Must be a valuable decision-maker.

Other Requirements:

Candidates from Siliguri, North Bengal will be preferred.

Interview Process:

1st Round: Written Test comprising logical, reasoning and English.
2nd Round: Interview Round.
3rd Round: HR Round.
