About the Role

- Own the complete social presence of Amalfa and Being Alpha by leading strategy,
- storytelling, content creation, production, publishing, community building and analytics.

Core Responsibilities

Social media strategy, founder content planning, content calendars, community

management, campaign planning, creative direction, analytics, reporting and trend

research.

Content Creation (Primary Responsibility)

Pre-production: ideas, scripts, hooks, captions, mood boards, shot lists and planning.

Production: shoot high-quality content, direct founders/models, capture BTS and create

multiple formats from every shoot.

Post-production: edit reels, add subtitles and graphics, create Canva assets and

maintain brand consistency.

Platform Adaptation: Repurpose every shoot into Reels, Stories, Carousels, Pinterest

Pins, LinkedIn Posts, YouTube Shorts and long-form videos where appropriate.

Skills Required

Storytelling, copywriting, script writing, videography,



photography basics, branding,

community building, Canva, CapCut, AI tools, Meta Business Suite, Pinterest Analytics,

YouTube Studio, Google Sheets and Notion.

Weekly Deliverables

Maintain the content calendar, publish planned content, execute founder shoots,

manage the community, submit analytics, generate at least 10 recent ideas weekly,

conduct 3–5 shoot sessions, repurpose every shoot into multiple assets and maintain a

30-day content bank.

Success Metrics

Consistent publishing, increasing engagement, organic growth, community

responsiveness, improved watch time, timely campaigns and strong creative quality.
