Bluphlux is seeking an experienced Production Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Production Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our production processes and ensuring the highest quality standards are met. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation in our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification.
- Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data to identify areas for improvement.
- Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and processes to enhance production efficiency.
- Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless production operations.
- Troubleshoot problems with manufacturing processes and implement solutions to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a production engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of production machinery and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Robust project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
