About the Role

Galaxy Pizza is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to lead recruitment for our rapidly growing restaurant business. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in bulk hiring, leadership hiring, and talent acquisition within the Restaurant, QSR, Café, or Hospitality industry.

We are looking for someone who already has a strong recruitment pipeline, excellent industry connections, and the ability to close positions quickly with quality candidates.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for restaurant operations and corporate positions.
- Manage bulk hiring and leadership hiring across multiple outlets.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, WorkIndia, referrals, consultancies, and personal networks.
- Conduct telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Negotiate salary and ensure smooth offer rollouts.
- Maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Recruitment Strategy

- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Build employer branding and candidate engagement.
- Track recruitment KPIs and prepare hiring reports.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining hiring quality.

Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with Operations Managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Build strong relationships with outlet managers and department heads.
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding activities.

Eligibility CriteriaEducation

✅ MBA in Human Resources (HR) is Mandatory.

Experience





✅ Minimum 4–7 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.

✅ Candidates must have worked continuously for at least 4–5 years with a single organization. Frequent job changes will not be considered.

✅ Experience in Restaurant, QSR, Café, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage industry is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate Background (Mandatory)

- A strong and active recruitment pipeline within the Restaurant, QSR, Café, and Hospitality industry.
- An established network of candidates for Team Members, Baristas, Waiters, Captains, Restaurant Managers, Kitchen Staff, Housekeeping Staff, and Corporate roles.




- The ability to source quality candidates quickly through personal networks, referrals, consultants, and recruitment portals.
- A proven track record of closing positions within agreed timelines.
