Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end client applications by coordinating with internal teams and ensuring timely and accurate submission.
2. Track deadlines, submission windows, and program-specific requirements across multiple clients simultaneously.
3. Ensure a seamless client onboarding experience by guiding clients through processes and resolving queries proactively.
4. Gather client information and develop compelling resumes, LORs, essays, and application content while maintaining authenticity.
5. Conduct structured client discussions to understand academic, professional, and career goals and craft impactful narratives.
6. Review all outgoing client documents for quality, consistency, tone, and alignment with program requirements before submission.
7. Collaborate with consultants and operations teams to improve processes, manage timelines,



and deliver an exceptional client experience.
8. Guide clients proactively through each stage of the application process, resolving queries before they become blockers.Skill(s) required

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

2. Solid communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.

3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

4. Ability to manage multiple clients, applications, and deadlines efficiently.

5. Prior experience in client success, operations, admissions, content strategy, or a related field is preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
