Webfosys Ventures is a fast-growing digital marketing and e-commerce company specializing in SEO, branding, performance marketing, AI-driven solutions, and D2C brands. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to produce engaging content for social media, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content.
- Write compelling captions, product descriptions, blogs, and marketing copy.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with the graphic design and marketing teams to execute content campaigns.
- Assist in developing content calendars and campaign ideas.
- Capture photos and videos for products, office activities, and brand promotions.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome).
- Good communication skills in English.




- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN Editor, or similar software.
- Basic understanding of Canva or other design tools.
- Creative mindset with storytelling abilities.
- Comfortable appearing in videos or coordinating shoots when required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video platforms.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and content planning.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and AI video or image editing tools is an added advantage.

Working Hours & Schedule

- Office Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Working)
- Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed Off)
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Location: HSR Layout, Sector 6, Bengaluru

What We Offer

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month (based on skills and interview performance).
