Are you an experienced Python Full Stack Developer ready to step into a Technical Lead role?
We're looking for a passionate technology leader with strong expertise in Python, Django, Django REST Framework, and React.js to lead high-performing engineering teams and build scalable enterprise applications.
Location: Pune (Onsite)
Experience: 6–10 Years
Employment Type: Permanent
Joining: Immediate Joiners / Candidates with up to 15–20 days' notice period preferred (up to 30 days may also be considered)
Interview Process: 2 Virtual Technical Rounds
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (IST)
Required Technical Skills
Strong expertise in Python
Hands-on experience with Django & Django REST Framework
Strong experience in React.js
Experience building scalable REST APIs and enterprise applications
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns & Data Structures
Experience with contemporary software development practices, Git, Agile, and CI/CD
Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
6–10 years of overall IT experience
4+ years of hands-on Python development
2+ years of React.js experience
Prior experience as a Technical Lead or a Senior Developer with strong leadership capabilities
Experience mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and driving technical excellence
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality solutions
Educational Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA / M.Sc.
60–65% or above throughout academics
No educational gaps
