Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter

Location: Udaipur (Work from Office)

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team in Udaipur. If you have a passion for talent acquisition, excellent communication skills, and experience handling end-to-end recruitment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across various industries.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and manage the hiring process until onboarding.
- Meet hiring targets while maintaining quality of hires.

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Strong screening, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
