We are looking for a detail-oriented Reservation Executive to manage all booking operations across Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, direct bookings, and corporate reservations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with PMS software, AI tools, Excel, and guest communication while ensuring zero overbookings and maximum occupancy
Key ResponsibilitiesReservation Management
- Handle all online and offline reservations.
- Manage Airbnb, Booking.com, MMT, Goibibo, Agoda, and direct website bookings.
- Confirm bookings and send check-in instructions.
- Coordinate early check-ins and late check-outs.
- Prevent overbookings and inventory errors.
PMS & Channel Manager
- Update rates and availability.
- Sync reservations across all OTAs.
- Monitor channel manager mapping.
- Create and update guest profiles.
- Generate reservation reports.
Guest Communication
- Reply to guest inquiries
- Answer calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Handle pre-arrival and post-stay communication.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team for guest requests.
Revenue & Pricing Support
- Monitor occupancy levels.
- Assist in dynamic pricing updates.
- Identify opportunities to maximize ADR and RevPAR.
- Track competitor pricing.
