Fabric & Material Inspection: Conduct pre-cutting checks on fabric for GSM, shrinkage, and color consistency (shade bands). Ensure fabric relaxation is performed correctly.
Marker & Pattern Approval: Verify that CAD markers and patterns align exactly with approved buyer samples, size sets, and technical specifications before mass cutting.
Spreading & Cutting Audits: Monitor the spreading process to ensure no tension, faults, or ply drifts exist. Oversee the cutting process for clean edges, correct ply counts, and accurate notches/drills.
Bundle Inspection: Enforce proper numbering, shading, and bundling of cut components to prevent mixing up shades and sizes across sewing lines.
Defect Control & CAPA: Identify cut defects immediately and execute Root Cause Analysis and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Maintain strict "Red Tag/Rejection" logs.
