Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic Customer Relationship Executive CRE to handle client interactions guide them through our interiors process and ensure an excellent customer experience from enquiry to project handover Key Responsibilities Handle customer walk-ins enquiries and calls with professionalism Explain interior design concepts material options and showroom displays Coordinate between clients and the design technical team Maintain follow-up with leads and convert them into confirmed projects Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Maintain CRM records and ensure smooth communication flow Requirements Graduate Diploma in any stream Interior background preferred 1-3 years of experience in customer handling sales front office interiors or real estate industry advantage Strong communication skills in English Telugu and Hindi Pleasant personality with customer-first attitude Basic knowledge of MS Office WhatsApp and email communication Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 22 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
