Role responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers on a daily basis Present and promote company products service Freight 3PL to prospective clients Understand customer needs and requirements to qualify leads Generate interest identify decision-makers and secure appointments for the sales team Maintain and update CRM database with accurate lead and prospect information Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns references or inquiries Achieve or exceed daily weekly monthly call and lead conversion targets Build and maintain a positive relationship with prospects to increase conversion chances Provide feedback on customer needs market trends and competitor activities to the management team Ensure compliance with company policies sales scripts and quality standards Preferred candidate profile Proven experience as a Telecaller Cold Calling Executive Telesales or similar role 2-4 years of experience in Cold Calling Robust verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated under pressure Basic knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation skills Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Excel Word Outlook Ability to learn about products services and explain them clearly to prospects Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Minimum qualification Graduate any stream or equivalent Female Candidate Only Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Cold calling 2 years Preferred Work Location In person
