Job Title Store Floor Department Manager Electronics Retail Location Dadar Department Retail Operations - Electronics Job Summary The Store Floor Department Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations sales performance team management and customer service in the electronics section of a retail store This role ensures smooth operations effective merchandising compliance with company policies and achievement of sales targets The manager is also responsible for maintaining a high level of product knowledge to support both staff training and customer interactions Key Responsibilities Operational Management Oversee the daily operations of the electronics department floor store Ensure product availability accurate pricing and effective visual merchandising Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and procurement teams to replenish as needed Maintain a clean organized and compliant sales area according to company standards Sales Customer Service Drive sales through effective team management upselling and cross-selling techniques Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement Handle complex customer queries and resolve complaints in a timely professional manner Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service and maintains a customer-focused environment Team Leadership Training Lead motivate and develop a team of sales associates and support staff Create staff schedules to ensure adequate floor coverage Conduct regular training on product knowledge sales techniques and customer service Perform performance reviews provide coaching and handle disciplinary actions if necessary Merchandising Inventory Coordinate with visual merchandisers to maintain attractive product displays Track and manage inventory minimize shrinkage and conduct regular stock audits Ensure all products are properly labeled with correct pricing and specifications Compliance Reporting Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed Maintain accurate records of sales stock and staff performance Submit reports to senior management as required e g sales performance inventory reports Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Retail Management or a related field preferred 3 years of experience in retail management preferably in electronics or consumer technology Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in retail management software POS systems inventory tools etc Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
