Job Requirements We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team at Quest Global As a BIM Coordinator you will play a crucial role in the coordination and management of Building Information Modeling BIM projects Responsibilities Utilize your architecture engineering or construction AEC background to effectively coordinate BIM projects Apply your 8 years of skilled experience in BIM coordination and project management to ensure successful project delivery Proficiently use software such as Revit Navisworks Solibri and clash detection workflows to identify and resolve clashes and conflicts within BIM models Demonstrate a strong understanding of IFC standards OpenBIM workflows and model coordination to ensure seamless collaboration across disciplines Contribute to BIM execution planning and the implementation of Common Data Environment CDE for efficient project coordination Foster interdisciplinary collaboration by effectively communicating and coordinating with various teams involved in the project Take charge of managing BIM standards training teams and enforcing data consistency throughout the project lifecycle Fluently communicate in English to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders Requirements Bachelor s degree in architecture engineering or a related field is preferred Proven experience of at least 8 years in BIM coordination and project management within the AEC industry Proficiency in using software such as Revit Navisworks Solibri and clash detection workflows Strong knowledge and understanding of IFC standards OpenBIM workflows and model coordination Familiarity with BIM execution planning Common Data Environment CDE and interdisciplinary collaboration Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines Ability to train teams on BIM standards and enforce data consistency throughout the project Exceptional communication skills in English both written and verbal If you are a highly motivated and skilled BIM Coordinator with a passion for delivering successful BIM projects we would love to hear from you Join our team at Quest Global and contribute to our ongoing success in the EPC EPCM industry
