Job Summary To oversee all COCO Outlet operations including service sales kitchen housekeeping vendor management and customer satisfaction To ensure profitability high operational standards team performance and seamless customer experience Key Responsibilities Strategic Operations Management Lead and manage day-to-day COCO Outlet operations across multiple service areas kitchen service floor counters housekeeping Ensure operational excellence efficiency and compliance with SOPs at all times Develop and enforce operational policies hygiene practices and service protocols Also He will work in absence of Area Manager 60 responsible for all work Also He will work in absence of Operation 60 responsible for all work Periodically taking internal audits and submitting reports to management Managing end to end operations like Management Escalation of issues Team Guiding controlling Monitoring supporting Qualifications Master s Degree in Hotel Management Hospitality Management Business Administration preferred Strong leadership multitasking and team management abilities Financial understanding basic P L management cost control and budgeting Excellent communication skills in Marathi Hindi and English Tech-savvy POS systems MS Excel Inventory Software familiarity Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Perks Provident Fund Work Location In person
