Job Title Head - Accounts Finance Department Accounts Finance Location Sai Arc India Pvt Ltd Reporting To Managing Director Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Accounts Finance to oversee all financial and accounting operations of our organization The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge in P L management financial reporting statutory compliance and government schemes subsidies along with the ability to lead a team and provide strategic insights to the management Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage monthly quarterly and annual Profit Loss P L statements Finalize financial statements as per accounting standards and statutory requirements Handle day-to-day accounting operations including AP AR bank reconciliation and ledgers Lead the accounts and finance team ensuring timely completion of tasks and accuracy in reporting Submit monthly financial reports and key financial metrics to the management Coordinate and liaise with auditors tax consultants and financial institutions Research and apply for government subsidies MSME schemes industrial loans and grants relevant to the company Monitor and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements- GST TDS Income Tax PF ESI etc Prepare cash flow forecasts budgeting and variance analysis Ensure proper documentation and internal controls are in place Drive process improvements automation and cost control initiatives Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance CA Inter MBA Finance preferred 8-12 years of experience in accounting with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of Tally MS Excel GST filings and financial compliance Experience in banking loan documentation and dealing with government agencies Excellent leadership analytical and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver accurate results under deadlines Preferred Qualities Experience in manufacturing or trading companies Hands-on knowledge in subsidy schemes MSME Capital Investment etc Exposure to ERP or accounting automation tools Knowledge of ROC filings and other corporate governance matters Employment Type Full-Time Compensation Based on Experience Location Chennai Ayyanambakkam Joining Immediate Within 15 day Job Type Full-time Pay 40 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
