Recruiter Male Candidate Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and hiring top talent to meet the organization s staffing needs This role requires excellent interpersonal skills attention to detail and a strong ability to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards social media employee referrals and other channels Write and post clear compelling job descriptions Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates qualifications Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams Manage applicant tracking system ATS and ensure data accuracy and compliance Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback Track recruitment metrics e g time-to-fill source of hire and provide regular reports Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes Requirements Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment Experience in bulk hiring Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced workplace Strong organizational and time-management abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience hiring in digital marketing industry Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed Naukri etc Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 44 656 79 per month Ability to commute relocate Gurgaon Haryana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Application Question s Have you done bulk hiring This position is purely a recruiter position so are you comfortable Experience Recruiting 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
