Job Summary We are seeking a Fabric Store In-charge Male Candidate to manage fabric inventory and ensure smooth store operations The role involves receiving storing issuing and maintaining accurate records of fabrics conducting quality checks coordinating with suppliers and supporting production requirements The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills knowledge of fabric types and experience with inventory management systems Key Responsibilities Manage overall fabric inventory including receiving storing issuing and tracking materials for production Conduct quality checks on all incoming fabrics to ensure compliance with required standards Maintain accurate stock records documentation and regular inventory audits Coordinate with suppliers vendors and internal departments for fabric requirements and timely availability Ensure proper storage labeling and organization of all fabric stock to maintain easy accessibility Monitor stock levels raise purchase requisitions and avoid stock outs or overstocking Support production teams by providing accurate and timely fabric issuance Maintain cleanliness safety and systematic arrangement of the store area Required Skills Robust organizational and record-keeping skills Good communication and coordination abilities Knowledge of fabric types qualities Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software ERP knowledge preferred Attention to detail and ability to conduct quality checks Problem-solving and time-management skills Qualifications 10th 12th or Graduate in any discipline preferably Textile Commerce Logistics background Minimum 2 plus years of experience in fabric store or inventory management in a textile garment unit Familiarity with inventory processes audits and reporting Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
