Job Title Bartender Department Food Beverage Bar Reports To Bar Manager Restaurant Manager F B Manager Location Indore Trail Delhi Job Summary The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests in a timely friendly and efficient manner while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area The role requires in-depth knowledge of beverages mixing techniques and customer service etiquette Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes and presentation guidelines Greet guests with a positive and engaging attitude Take beverage orders directly from customers or through servers Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar utensils and equipment Replenish bar stock alcohol garnishes glassware etc as needed Maintain knowledge of all menu items garnishes ingredients and preparation methods Check identification to verify legal drinking age when required Follow proper cash handling billing and POS procedures Engage guests to create memorable experiences and upsell premium products Follow safety and hygiene regulations FSSAI HACCP local laws Handle guest complaints or refer them to the supervisor when needed Perform opening and closing duties of the bar Key Skills Competencies Excellent knowledge of spirits beers wines and cocktails Flair bartending skills optional for premium or high-energy bars Strong interpersonal and communication skills High level of professionalism and grooming Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments Positive memory for drink recipes and guest preferences POS and basic math skills Team player and punctual Qualification Experience Minimum 12th pass Graduate preferred Certified bartender training or diploma preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a hotel restaurant or bar Fluent in English and local language Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards Working Conditions Flexible with shifts weekends and holidays Standing for long hours Lifting and carrying bar equipment or stock Salary RS 35 000 to 50 000 Send me your CV on (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
