We are looking for a Telecaller to join our clinic s front desk and patient communication team The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls answering queries booking appointments and following up with patients to ensure excellent service and patient satisfaction Make outbound calls to existing and potential patients to schedule appointments and follow-ups Handle inbound queries regarding clinic services consultation timings and doctor availability Maintain and update patient records and appointment logs Remind patients about upcoming appointments and health checkups Provide clear and accurate information about treatments packages and consultation fees Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow and service Maintain a courteous and professional tone on all calls Report call logs and daily activities to the clinic manager Job Type Full time Pay 12 086 00 - 26 344 74 per month Benefits Provident Fund Schedule Day shift
