We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Civil with a strong civil engineering background and MBA qualifications to manage end-to-end construction of the project The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing on-site civil works handling contractors coordinating teams budgeting overseeing all aspects of the project including documentation while ensuring quality standards and adherence to timelines Extensive experience in commercial construction MEP Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing and mall construction is highly desirable Key Responsibilities Plan schedule and oversee civil construction activities on daily basis Monitor project progress ensure timely delivery and adherence to budgets Coordinate with architects consultants contractors and internal teams Prepare daily weekly project progress reports and attend review meetings Handle daily problem-solving on-site and provide regular updates to management Skills MBA in Construction Management Project Management Building Construction or similar is preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Strong knowledge of commercial and residential construction management principles practices and regulations Proficiency in project management softwares Analytical and problem solving skills Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 90 000 00 per month Perks Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
