Join Us Sankalp Group Mysore s Trusted Real Estate Developer is renowned for its innovative projects and commitment to quality Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer to join our construction team The successful candidate will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to support all aspects of on-site construction activities ensuring the project is completed on time within budget and according to specifications This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level engineer looking to develop practical experience and grow within the construction industry Site Supervision Key Responsibilities Assist in supervising day-to-day construction activities on-site Ensure work is carried out in compliance with design specifications safety standards and building codes Monitor work progress and report any issues or delays to senior engineers and project managers Ensure the work is completed within the specified timelines and quality standards Technical Support Provide technical support to the senior engineering team during project execution Help review and interpret construction drawings plans and specifications Assist in conducting site surveys and inspections Quality Control Ensure materials used are of the required standard and quantities match specifications Assist with conducting regular quality checks to maintain high standards Identify any deviations from project specifications and report them to senior staff Safety Compliance Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment Assist in monitoring and enforcing site safety practices Report any safety hazards or accidents to the relevant parties Documentation and Reporting Help maintain accurate records of site activities including daily logs site meetings and progress reports Assist with the preparation of documentation for project milestones inspections and approvals Help track inventory and materials to ensure they are available for scheduled work Collaboration Work closely with subcontractors suppliers and other construction personnel to ensure effective coordination on-site Attend site meetings and contribute to discussions regarding the project s progress challenges and upcoming tasks Required Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering Construction Engineering or a related field Experience Previous internship or practical experience in construction is a plus but not required Skills Basic understanding of construction methods materials and processes Proficient in using computer software e g MS Office AutoCAD or project management tools Strong communication skills both verbal and written Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with health and safety regulations in construction Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of engineering software e g AutoCAD Revit Civil 3D is an advantage An interest in pursuing professional development and gaining further construction certifications Working Conditions This position will require working in office in various weather conditions and occasional travel may be required to other project locations Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 240 000 00 - 500 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Morning shift Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 3 years Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
