Job Title Academic Counselor Location Calicut Company BEAT Educations - Centre of Excellence About Us BEAT Educations is a growing Centre of Excellence focused on helping students build successful careers through skill-based learning We re looking for a caring and committed Academic Counselor to guide our students and support them throughout their academic journey Job Role As an Academic Counselor you will support students in choosing the right courses improving their academic performance and staying on track to achieve their educational goals You will also help students deal with academic or personal challenges that may affect their progress Key Responsibilities Guide students in course selection and academic planning Track student performance and attendance Support students who are struggling or on academic probation Provide one-on-one counseling to solve academic and personal issues Organize sessions on study tips exam preparation and time management Work with faculty and staff to ensure students get the help they need Keep records of student interactions and progress Stay updated on course details and academic policies Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Education Psychology Counseling or related field 1-3 years of experience in student support or academic advising Valuable communication and listening skills Strong in English spoken and written Friendly empathetic and student-focused attitude Basic computer skills and familiarity with student databases preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Experience Academic counseling 1 year Required Location Calicut Kerala Required Work Location In person
