We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage and execute end-to-end order processing and dispatch operations This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely shipments maintaining coordination with courier partners and supporting a seamless post-order customer experience The ideal candidate thrives in a rapid-paced environment is highly organized and understands the importance of time-bound delivery and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Order Processing Process and verify daily customer orders from internal systems or online platforms Ensure all order details are complete and accurate before dispatch Dispatch Coordination Prepare shipping documents invoices packing lists labels Schedule and coordinate daily dispatches with courier partners and third-party logistics 3PL Monitor pick-up schedules and ensure timely handovers Shipment Tracking Follow-up Track shipments end-to-end and proactively address delivery delays or issues Communicate with courier partners to resolve undelivered or returned shipments Update order status in internal systems and ensure transparency across teams Inventory Warehouse Coordination Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure product availability and timely packing Report stock discrepancies or packaging issues Reporting Documentation Maintain accurate logs of dispatch records courier invoices and delivery confirmations Prepare weekly reports on order volumes delays returns and logistics performance Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain or a related field 1-3 years of experience in logistics order fulfillment or supply chain operations Strong knowledge of courier platforms and shipping documentation Familiarity with inventory or order management systems e g Unicommerce Shopify etc Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to multitask prioritize and work under pressure Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 19 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
