We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Overseas Education Manager to lead and manage our student counseling and admissions operations The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the international education landscape especially in countries like the USA UK Canada Australia etc exceptional leadership skills and a passion for guiding students toward their study-abroad goals Key Responsibilities Lead manage and mentor a team of education counselors and process executives Oversee end-to-end student journey counseling university selection application processing and visa documentation Build and maintain relationships with international universities colleges and education partners Monitor application pipelines and ensure successful conversions and enrolments Stay up to date with international admission trends visa updates and university requirements Organize and conduct student workshops webinars and university fairs Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and external regulatory guidelines Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to student enrollments and revenue generation Support marketing teams in developing content and campaigns for student acquisition Provide regular performance and operational reports to senior management Requirements Bachelor s or Master s degree in Education Business or a related field 2 years of experience in overseas education consulting student recruitment or international admissions Excellent knowledge of education systems in countries such as the USA UK Canada Australia etc Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite Ability to handle multiple student cases and team operations simultaneously Job Type Full time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
