We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Electrical In-Charge for our TMT Bars Rolling Mill section The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all electrical maintenance troubleshooting and improvement activities to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise the electrical team in the Rolling Mill section Ensure timely maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment Troubleshoot breakdowns and implement corrective actions promptly Coordinate with the production and mechanical teams for smooth operations Maintain records of electrical maintenance spares and preventive schedules Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices in electrical operations Participate in equipment upgrades and modernization projects Candidate Requirements Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance of a TMT Bars Rolling Mill Strong knowledge of rolling mill drives motors PLC systems and control panels Ability to manage a team and coordinate with cross-functional departments Good communication and leadership skills Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work in a well-established manufacturing setup Growth and learning workplace Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 50 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Night shift Rotational shift Work Location In person
