Org Structure Manufacturing - Sand Plant Core Shop Job posted on Jul 25 2025 Employee Type Staff Experience range Years 0 - 0 Purpose of the Role 1 Responsible for managing sand distribution shakeout to moulding and core shop and supply of sand to all production centres with quality quantity and efficiency 2 Responsible for reducing rejections related to Sand Parameters 3 Responsible for Producing and managing the core requirements to production with quality quantity on time supply and cost effectiveness 4 Responsible for reducing rejections related to Core Parameters 5 Ensuring Protected working conditions by giving required trainings to the operators and work force 6 Manpower managementResponsibilities Accountabilities Organize manpower according to the shift plan Adhere SOP s in all area activities Responsible for Manpower Arrangement Distribution in co-ordination with Industrial Relationship Responsible for the Raw Material Availability for Sand Plant and core shop in co-ordination with Supply Chain Management Monitoring and Controlling of In-coming Raw Material Quality for Sand Plant and core shop in co-ordination with Quality Control Supply Chain Management Responsible for Casting Rejection Reduction as per the Specified Policy Deployment Target Responsible for My Machine Steps in co-ordination with TPM to achieve Zero Break Down Monitoring and Controlling of Prepared Sand Properties and core sand properties as per the Specification Ensure Calibration of all Testing Equipment On the Job Training Process Training to Operators along with effectiveness monitoring re-training if required Responsible for GreenCo TQM Implementation and Sustenance for Continual Improvement Adherence to ISO EOHS Systems On job training of new comers
