Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff including registered nurses licensed practical nurses and nursing assistants Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards Monitor patient care activities and outcomes identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including physicians therapists and administrative staff to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services Conduct regular rounds to assess patient needs address concerns and provide feedback to nursing staff Participate in the recruitment orientation and training of new nursing staff ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies Evaluate nursing staff performance provide constructive feedback and facilitate professional development opportunities Maintain accurate documentation of nursing activities including patient records staffing schedules and incident reports Ensure compliance with infection control protocols safety regulations and accreditation standards Serve as a resource for nursing staff answering questions providing guidance and resolving issues as they arise Qualifications and Skills GNM or Bachelor s degree in Nursing required Master s degree in Nursing MSN preferred Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Karnataka KNC is a must Minimum of 10 years of nursing experience with 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role Must be able to do Rotational Shifts Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in oncology nursing preferred Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in electronic medical record EMR systems and computer applications Commitment to continuous learning career development and quality improvement Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Yelahanka Bengaluru Karnataka Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Required Experience total work 10 years Required Language English Kannada Required License Certification KNC Registration Required Shift availability Night Shift Required Day Shift Required Overnight Shift Required Work Location In person
