Job Title Site EngineerLocation Delhi NCR Job Type Full-time Industry Construction Infrastructure Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage on-site construction activities ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and in strict accordance with engineering specifications and safety regulations As the primary liaison between the design team and the on-site construction crew you will provide technical expertise to resolve issues and ensure quality standards are met Key Responsibilities Site Supervision Oversee day-to-day in office operations supervising contractors subcontractors and laborers to ensure adherence to project plans Technical Guidance Interpret blueprints structural drawings and technical specifications to guide the construction process and provide check and maintain setting-out and dimensional control Quality Control Conduct regular inspections to verify that materials and workmanship meet project specifications quality standards and building codes Project Progress Reporting Monitor project progress prepare daily weekly reports and update project managers on milestones delays or potential risks Safety Compliance Enforce health and safety regulations ensuring a safe work environment for all personnel and promoting zero-harm practices Resource Management Coordinate the delivery and use of materials machinery and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency Problem-Solving Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and site challenges liaising with architects and consultants for design modifications Documentation Maintain accurate up-to-date site records including material inventory daily logs and as-built drawings Required Qualifications Skills Education Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field Experience 2-5 years of experience in site execution preferably with experience in specific sector e g high-rise residential commercial infrastructure Technical Knowledge In-depth knowledge of construction methods materials and local building regulations e g IS Codes Eurocodes Software Proficiency Strong knowledge of AutoCAD MS Office Excel Word and project management software like MS Project or Primavera Basic Soft Skills Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and liaise with stakeholders Problem-Solving Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to handle on-site challenges effectively Licensing Valid driver s license Preferred Skills Relevant engineering certifications Thorough understanding of environmental and sustainability regulations Physical Requirements Ability to work on-site in various weather conditions including working at heights or in confined spaces hr admin risinggroupindia com (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Volunteer Pay 15 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
