Job Summary We are looking for a skilled AutoCAD Draftsperson to prepare accurate technical drawings for residential and commercial real estate projects The candidate should be detail-oriented and able to work closely with architects engineers and project teams Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings including layouts floor plans elevations sections and working drawings Modify and revise drawings based on design changes and site requirements Coordinate with architects structural engineers and project managers for design accuracy Prepare drawings as per local building bylaws and standards Maintain proper documentation and drawing records Support site team with drawings and clarifications when required Ensure drawings are completed within project timelines Required Skills Qualifications Diploma ITI Bachelor s in Civil Engineering Architecture or relevant field Proficiency in AutoCAD mandatory Basic knowledge of construction drawings and real estate projects Understanding of building plans sections and detailing Valuable attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and in a team Preferred Skills Optional Knowledge of 3D tools like SketchUp Revit or 3ds Max Site coordination experience Familiarity with residential and commercial real estate projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 1 year Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
