We are hiring an experienced Sr Accounts Manager for our Coimbatore RS Puram based company Job Title Investments MD Personal Accounts Family Office Accountant 1 MD Personal Account Portfolio Management Wealth Tracking Manage reconcile and report on the MD s personal investment portfolios including stocks bonds private equity real estate and alternative assets Cash Flow Management Monitor personal cash flow manage bank accounts and handle personal payables receivables Asset Structure Maintenance Maintain update and project cash flows for personal trusts holding companies or estate structures Investment Reporting Prepare monthly quarterly reports on portfolio performance valuation and asset allocation Advisory Liaison Act as the primary liaison between the MD and tax preparers bankers investment advisors and legal counsel 2 Investment Accounting Compliance Transaction Recording Document and reconcile investment transactions purchases sales dividends interest to ensure accuracy Tax Planning Compliance Calculate tax obligations manage estimated tax payments and ensure compliance with tax regulations e g filing tax returns 26AS reconciliation Valuation Analysis Perform regular valuations of investment assets to determine net asset value NAV and benchmark performance Audit Coordination Assist with year-end audit processes and provide supporting documentation for audit inquiries 3 General Administrative Confidentiality Confidentiality Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal financial data and investment strategies Process Improvement Streamline financial reporting processes using advanced Excel and accounting software e g QuickBooks Tally Contact HR Manager (phone hidden) Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
